Cooking Instructions-
Hey there, noodle lover! Ready to make some delicious Jeju Korean Ramen. Let's do this together! It's super easy and fun. Here’s how:


1st: Bring 800ml of water to Boil.


2nd: Add Jeju Rice Ramen to the boiling water.

3rd: Cook for 8 mins and drain the excess water.

4th: Mix in the seasoning and Serve Hot!


*HOW TO MASTER RICE NOODLES*

The complete noodle boiling process in detail-

0mins: Add Jeju Noodle to Boiling Water

2mins: Noodles will start to look translucent and will lose its rigid shape

6mins: Looks done, but try having a bite, it's quite hard to chew

8mins: Jeju Noodles have softened to perfection, Ready to use.

If you like your noodles a bit softer, boil for another few seconds and you are good to go!

  • How should these noodles be stored?

They should be stored in a cool and dry place, just like any other noodles.

  • Can I just soak these noodles?

You can start by boiling 800ml or more water in a deep pan/kadhai. After it comes to a boil, turn off the flame.

Add Jeju Noodles and cover for 15 mins. Drain excess water but let 3tbsp of water remain.

Now turn on the flame, add seasoning mix and sauté for a couple minutes, this will soften the noodles to perfection. Serve Hot!
